Shipping

Standard shipping is free!  We ship with the U.S. Postal Service, using Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.  Most orders take only a few days to arrive at the destination.  We have found this to be the most cost efficient way to ship our products. 

If you prefer to have your order sent by another means, please include a note with your order.  We will work with you to ship your merchandise by whatever manner you request.   

Item Availability

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock so that we can ship your order quickly, usually within 1-2 business days.  If we are sold out of an item, we will notify you via e-mail.  You may wish to select another item or wait to see what the replacement pattern looks like.  We will be happy to give you as much information as we can about the expected arrival of our next shipment and the ribbon patterns that will be coming in.  Your account will not be charged until we ship an item to you.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks or C.O.D. orders.

Returns and Exchanges

We’re proud of our products and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you choose not to keep your merchandise, simply return it to us within 5 days for a full refund of the purchase price.  (Sorry, we cannot refund shipping charges.)  Pack the item back in the original packaging, include your invoice and tell us why the item did not meet your expectations.  We reserve the right to refuse refunds on obviously used merchandise. 

If you would like to exchange the item for another product or another ribbon pattern, please let us know and we will rush a replacement to you immediately, (and we’ll pay to ship the new item to you).  If you would like a refund, we will process a refund to your charge card and notify you by e-mail.

If you choose to return an item to us, please ship by a method that enables you to track the package or confirm delivery.  We cannot be liable for merchandise that does not arrive.

 Frequently Asked Questions

1.  Can B’zwear bags and clothing items be monogrammed?

       Yes, our special ribbon fabric can easily be monogrammed.  Sorry, B’zwear does not currently offer this service. 

2.  Does B’zwear sell wholesale?

       Yes and we welcome inquiries about opening a wholesale account.  Contact us and we will discuss our policies and wholesale prices.  

3.  Does B’zwear charge sales tax?

       B’zwear prices already include all applicable taxes.

4.  Does B’zwear ship internationally?

       We welcome international orders, however, we must add shipping on these orders.  Please contact us to arrange for international shipping.  We will gladly work with you to ensure that your B’zwear product arrives safely and as quickly as possible.

Privacy

It’s simple.  We don’t share customer information with anyone.  We request a telephone number and e-mail address to enable us to contact you in the event we have questions about your order and we collect the necessary information to process your credit card transaction.  We do not collect any other information and we do not exchange this information with any other company or individual.  We understand your concerns because we also value our privacy.
